The Rowan Aquatic Club YMCA Swim Team Of Salisbury is a year round YMCA & USA swim team that creates an
environment that believes in teamwork, friendship, fun, healthy competition, good sportsmanship, and a strong sense
of team. The Club seeks to maximize every swimmer's potential by providing a technique-based/goal oriented
program. At RAC we strive to create a love and understanding for the sport of swimming, and all that it can offer
throughout a child's life.
In order to be part of the Rowan Aquatic Club, please contact the head coach Matt Hall, either by phone 704-636-0111
or by email at mhall@rowanymca.com to set up a time for you to bring your child in so they can be evaluated in the
water for correct group placement.

Practice Schedule CHANGE

For the week of 7/26-7/30, practice will be from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM from Monday to Thursday for those who wish to
attend. For Matt's group, arrive at 5:00 PM so that you can warm up 1,200 yards and stretch before coach Mary Jo
arrives.
